COOPER PERFORMANCE TEAMS WITH TSUKIGI EXHAUST

After 35 Years of producing top shelf exhaust products, Tsukigi Exhaust will partner with Cooper Performance in Macon, GA. In an agreement confirmed at the Indianapolis Dealer Expo in Indianapolis over the weekend, Tsukigi has agreed to name Cooper Performance as the exclusive distributor of the Tsukigi “Sidewinder” exhaust, which will be featured on the future Cooper Performance Fulmer Helmets / Memphis Car Audio Pro-Mod motorcycles being raced in the National Guard American Drag Racing League (ADRL) National Championship Series. The Copper Performance Tsukigi “Sidewinder” inventory will be focused on the drag racing product line to support the Suzuki Hayabusa 1300, GSX-R1000, and Kawasaki ZX-14.
After 30 years in business, Cooper Performance has become one of the most dominant and well respected engine and bike builders in the industry. Cooper also builds road race machines, and builds in excess of 250 performance engines per year for various motorcycle performance teams. Cooper Performance will carry the full Tsukigi Exhaust product line, however they will be the exclusive distributor for the Tsukigi “Sidewinder” drag race inspired product. “I’m excited about our new partnership, Tsukigi has some of the best craftsmanship in exhaust pipes on the market today” Jerry Cooper (owner of Cooper Performance) commented. Jerry Cooper will also be involved in the research and development of future Tsukigi performance products to continue setting higher standards for the Tsukigi line, and develop purpose build products that provide both performance and style to their consumers.
To celebrate Tsukigi’s 35th anniversary, and the new Cooper Performance relationship, there will be a 10% discount taken off of all Tsukigi Exhaust products when purchased through Cooper Performance in 2009. The suggested retail price for the “Sidewinder” exhaust will be $1099, but the discount will provide better pricing at $990 (plus shipping).
